Abstract:
This paper proposes a procedure to implement aGaussian-shaped membership function for fuzzy systems. It ischaracterized by independency of any references to generate themembership function and simple adjustability of the Gaussianfunction parameters. Power consumption is decreased throughthe use of the current- mode design techniques. Higher PowerSupply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) is also achieved by the use ofdifferential structure. To verify the circuit performance, simulations are done in 0. 35 ییm standard CMOS technology. The power consumption is equal to 105 یییی and the chipoccupies an area of 400یییییییی. Simulation results are inexcellent agreement with theoretical results and goodperformance of circuit is also demonstrated.
